Based near Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I serve clients located all across the United States. My passion is to help businesses:

Over the past seven years, I have coached and consulted with over 30 businesses with great success. I’ve helped clients large and small, with revenues ranging from $2 million to $50 billion. Using a framework of well-established tools—combined with methodologies and systems I have created and tested—I help businesses get the results they’re after.
I was born in Guyana, a small country next to Venezuela. Achieving high marks in school, I was awarded a scholarship to come to the United States to study engineering at the University of Michigan.
After attending Michigan (Go Wolverines!), I went to work as an engineer and manager starting in the 1980’s. For twenty-five years, I learned on the inside the skills and methods that can help a business succeed.
I eventually found that my true calling was not to stay within the confines of a single business. Rather, I concluded that what I learned was extremely valuable and that other businesses could profit from this knowledge, too. Becoming a business coach has been the most rewarding decision of my career.
I owe a great deal of my success to the love and support of Debbie, my wife of 27 years. Together, we have raised two beautiful daughters, Alicia and Stephanie, who are graduates of the University of Iowa. We also have three gorgeous granddaughters, all under the age of five.
If I’m not coaching clients, there’s a good chance you’ll find me out in the yard splitting wood or fixing a piece of equipment. Of course, if there’s a Big Ten football game on, you’ll probably find me in my living room yelling wildly at the TV.

I spent much of my career acting as General Manager/CEO for businesses across the Midwest, ranging in revenue from $20 to $100 million annually. As General Manager of Midland Forge, a large manufacturing supplier in Cedar Rapids, I worked closely with my employees to increase annual revenue from $22 to $50 million and increased profits from 22% to 35% in just ten years. My experience rebuilding companies to make them more efficient and profitable fuels my passion for assisting business owners cultivate their own talents and expand their success.
